Overall, my stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were beautifully furnished and well-appointed, providing comfort and a unique experience. However, the noise levels were quite disruptive, especially with loud music playing in public areas, which detracted from the otherwise serene surroundings. The service was exceptional and made the stay memorable, yet the loud ambiance made it hard to relax fully.

The staff is exceptionally attentive, ensuring a personalized experience throughout the stay. While the pillows could use improvement, the overall experience was magical. The location's proximity to fantastic attractions like Tenorio Volcano National Park adds to the adventure. However, some of the excursion prices felt a bit steep, and the spa could benefit from a refresh.
